Check order status and downloads in My Account. Make sure you're signed in with the email you used to purchase.
If you sent payment but your order is still pending, allow time for blockchain confirmations. If it has been more than 24 hours, contact us with your order ID and transaction hash.
After payment is confirmed, we deliver your license key and file to your account. Go to My Account → select the order → view key and download link.
